Ole Ole Bali @ Soho Solaris Mont Kiara

Saturday, October 25, 2008

Ole Ole Bali, a chain restaurant located in Klang Valley area and a unique one as it combines a variety concept design from a café (with a long table and high stools where diners could sit and have their drinks), a restaurant (with a boulevard outdoor dining area in addition to the interior where diners can opt to sit cross-legged in the another section) and a home décor shop selling an array of Buddha statues and ornaments from Bali. It gives us the cozy and homey atmosphere.

The Chef offers a fusion between Bali and Malaysia, explaining that it had been adapted a little to suit local taste buds. There are various mouthwatering foods from the menu, Nasi Campur Ole-Ole (Very Tasty), Ole Ole Trio (Tasty too), Balinese Roasted Chicken, Ole-Ole Grilled Prawns (Not bad), Squid and Fish Pastas, Balinese Stir Fried Lamb, Grilled Lamb Cutlet complementing with a nice cool Mojito Lemon Grass and Home Made Bailey Lime.

Overall, a good restaurant, however service could be improve (need to provide training to their waitressing skill).
