So what is the secret of Nam Heong’s fine chicken rice? At Nam Heong, their chickens come from Bukit Mertajam which is famous for its chickens. All their chicken are slaughtered at 3am and sent to each outlet. So, patrons are actually tasting a very fresh stock and not frozen. With that, their great tasting chicken is boiled to tender perfection and renowned for its succulent chicken and aromatic flavor.

i tried the branch in Taipan ages ago. Hmm, i wonder if i should certify it. We Hainan's stick together thru "thick" and "thin". LOL
