This particular stall is specialize in making seafood noodle, dry or soup base. Many patrons are quite disappointed because they only open for breakfast and lunch. The seafood noodles stall also serves seafood with porridge and fried fishcakes.

They don’t have a fix supplies/seafood menu, depending on their suppliers; in usual day they serve fishball, pomfret, grouper, prawns, fish head, mah yau, giant grouper fish slices and etc with porridge/noodles (yellow noodles, beehoon, kuey teow, etc...) of your choice.

First of all, the dry base noodle with fishball, fish cake slices and fu chuk….their noodle is quite tasty actually because they use pork lard fritters. It enhances the taste and it’s delicious…. Fishball is fresh, firm and springy texture.

Then the fish head dry noodle, each piece of fish is fresh indeed and quite generous portion. With vegetable and spring onions, the soup is mild flavor and sweet actually, most likely they boil it with lots of fish (or fish bones). The fish is very fresh and that means tender and flavorful meat.

They do have excellent fish cake. It’s springy, tender and crispy especially the thin fish cake skin. The fish cake has this bouncy texture too. Yummy, this is one tasty snack while waiting for the fish noodles.

Words of caution, during weekdays, there are a lots of office workers visit this stall and you have to sit till the corner where it nears the sun. Environment during peak hours are quite hot.
