Pho Hoa is a new chain restaurant in Malaysia and is the largest Vietnamese restaurant chain in North America with locations in almost every city where Asians densely populate.

For this particular branch, it hidden in the ground floor of the Asian courtyard area in the Curve (behind Baskin Robbins and Thai Express). Let starts with the appetizers, the Cha Gio (Fried Spring Rolls). Their spring roll is quite tasty with minced chicken meat and vegetable. Every bite is so crunchy and delightful.

And the Vietnam Lemon Grass Chicken, the chef wrapped around the chicken meat onto lemon grass and home-style deep fried. Nice!

Next, the Com Ga Nuong Cha Gio (Grilled Chicken & Fried Roll) serves with rice. The grilled chicken is nicely marinated and grilled perfectly, very tender and juicy. And of course, the fried roll is yummy (as mentioned above).

The Tom Yam Seafood Noodle, really yummy, the right level of spiciness with heaps of seafood and smooth noodle strands, you should try it…

If this is your first time enjoying Pho or if you simply prefer a tender, lean cut of beef, this is the right choice. The steak or brisket will be slightly cooked by the boiling broth to the perfect "medium" by the time the order reaches your table. Pho Hoa Restaurant features naturally flavored, low-calorie, delicious soups with the choicest slices of brisket, flank, eye round steak and etc. Each bowl of soup is accompanied with fresh coriander leaves, bean sprouts, hot peppers and lemon wedges, to give the customers a complete, nutritious and well-balanced meal. It’s so good, soup is sweet, meats are so tender and juicy….definitely a must order.

Then if you not up to beef, you can always opt for chicken meat. Also tasty and delicious.

Overall, the place is comfortable but simple casual ambience with friendly service, decent range of rice and noodle dishes on the menu for reasonable prices.

I actually prefer the beef noodle soup here as compared to Vitenamese Kitchen. The soup especially is better. Must try!
