Chao Inn represents a new generation of Chaozhou cuisine that breaks away from its traditional stereotype of lacking novelty and presentation, yet retaining the famous traditional cuisine’s distinct flavors. They offer an innovative dim sum with stylish dishes that delight both the palate and the eyes, the restaurant also creates a modern and cozy atmosphere that brings an entirely refreshing experience for diners.

First dish, Porridge with century egg and minced pork meats. Overall taste is alright (actually average only) but a bit cold.

Then their “Char Siew Pau” (BBQ Pork Bun), it’s very nice; the bun is very fluffy and aromatic. And the sauce is very tasty too. Yum yum…

Next, the Deep Fried Fishball. One word, YUMMY! You don’t get this dish in Malaysia. It’s believed you can only get it in Hong Kong and China. They use minced fish paste add with some herbs and vege and deep fried it together. Bouncy bite…..MMmmmMmmM

The deep fried beancurd with fresh prawns. Using freshly prawns and freshly serves to customers, patrons would able to taste it hot and enjoy the crispiness of dish that gives a nice bite to it.

And this one is Steam Beancurb wrapped with yam, pork meats and chicken feet. Quite unique and taste wise is very tangy. Should try, if you stop by in HK Airport.
