This post is dedicated for travelers that want to look for nice food or some quick bite at any airport. For this particular restaurant, its located at the Hong Kong International Airport. Basically, you can find many restaurants here. If you wanting for some special treat, you should try the Taiwan Beef Noodle Restaurant especially the Famous Specialty Beef Noodle.

Beef noodle soup is a Chinese noodle soup made of stewed beef, beef broth, vegetables and Chinese noodle. It exists in various forms throughout East Asia and Southeast Asia. It was created by the Hui (a Chinese Muslim ethnic group) during the Tang Dynasty of China.

Here, they use the finest beef meat (1cm thick! The meat is tender too, so tender and juicy) with nicely beef broth soup. Their Beef noodles is served with suan cai (Chinese sauerkraut) on top and green onion.
