Have you guys ever tried cranberry cheesecake before? Have you tried similar something like mine? Cranberry cheesecake is a very appetizing dessert. Once you take the first bite, you would want more and more. Hrm.... Yummy Yummy =D
What makes cranberry so special is, it helps to prevent kidney stones, cancer and cardiovascular disease. My version of cranberry cheesecake is made from a mixture of cranberry & cheese, while the bottom crust is made from digestive biscuits.

Its not that i'm trying to hard sell or wat....as a not-so-cheese-lover myself, i can tell you that this cheesecake is very tasty...its highly recommended...
