Station Kopitiam @ Cineleisure, Petaling Jaya

In Cineleisure, there are many cafés and restaurants. So many patrons would seek the best value and quality food, therefore you may pass by this restaurant called Station Kopitiam. This restaurant located on the Lower Ground floor of Cineleisure.
With almost 100 items to choose from, with an extensive selection of Thai, Western, Malay and Chinese food, patrons will have a hard time choosing what to eat. The price is quite reasonable and cheap actually, though the same can’t be said about the food.
Before talking about the food, let’s evaluate the services they provided. First, they do not have enough waiters in the restaurant, which results – food ordering process, asking for chili/additional orders, asking for bills and etc…….are very sluggish or in simply term, they are not properly trained. Talk about training, the waiters here speak very little or no English/Malay at all. And the management is so bad that their head waiter who believes is a Bangladeshi wasn't so helpful either because he just stood there with his back turned, minding his own business at the cash register. Every time, call for service using their high tech 'door-bell-like' system, the head waiter automatically shuts the bell down without even turning his head to look at who is calling for service.
Back to the food topic, the Chicken Chop serves with French Fried, cut tomato & cucumber and coleslaw. The chicken chop itself is crispy but taste a bit like frozen food from supermarket. The black pepper sauce... errr... taste weird... Fries are alright but the coleslaw is terrible, taste bitter and sour….yuck!
Next the Cantonese Kuey Teow, it takes only one word to describe this dish….. TASTELESS. Basically the gravy is cooked with 2 types of ingredient, water and corn flour. Furthermore, the kuey teow is not well cooked. Probably the worst Cantonese Kuew Teow in town..

This looks like another case of "New York Deli Syndrome"..LOL
Hey man, this place is so bad especially the service.... that day (bowling event), me, weng, jor n jesse having yamcha...finished n called for bill...our hands are like waving non-stop for bill, at the same time, pressing the "high tech" bell. That waiter just stood near the counter, and talking to his fellow colleague (cook) for almost 5mins and ignoring us…..s*** man, cannot tahan….then shouted at him for bill, only then response…
