Imbi Palace Restaurant @ Jalan Imbi KL
Saturday, November 8, 2008
Imbi Palace is located where the old Tai Thong used to be and following the tradition of good food served on those premises, if you looking to try Chinese Fine Dining or Dim Sum, Imbi Palace will not disappoint you.
Ambience-wise, warm earth tones, polished wood accents and understated Chinese décor reign supreme. The restaurant also has nine well-appointed private dining rooms. Imbi Palace Restaurant became the first Chinese restaurant to receive the fine dining award from French association Chaine des Rotisseurs.
Sometimes it's the small things that make dining at a place enjoyable and their appetizers are certainly one of those things. They offer deep fried egg plant cover with chicken floss rather than the ubiquitous nuts or crackers served at most other places.

I love this place. If you have family or friend gathering and opted for Chinese menu, this place is a good choice. They have private rooms with Karaoke installed. The food is delicious. Really worth the price and distance (from PJ).
